Dual State Fire & Safety is a family-owned business serving South Arkansas and North Louisiana since 2004 selling fire extinguishers, Draeger Air-Paks, Safety supplies and equipment, along with fire extinguisher recharging, fire extinguisher repair, and inspections services. All of our technicians are fully trained and licensed by the Arkansas Fire Protection Licensing Board, and the Louisiana State Fire Marshal Office. At Dual State Fire & Safety, we service all types and sizes of extinguishers. From installing extinguishers, to inspecting at your location, to recharging and hydrostatic testing at our facility, we guarantee quality in our work. We offer on-site demonstrations and hands on fire extinguisher training for your employees. We also offer on-site fire hose testing, and SCBA flow test.

In 2004, Danny Lee and his wife, Reba, purchased the Fire Protection side of Nordan Smith Welding Supplies in El Dorado, AR, Forming Dual State Fire Protection LLC. Inspection, Installation, and servicing of fire extinguishers was the company’s primary function. In 2014, the scope of the business was expanded to include Safety sales, such as PPE, gas monitors, air-paks, respiratory fit testing. The business was purchased in 2018 by Scotty Thomas and his wife, Jennifer. Scotty Thomas has worked for Dual State Fire Protection for 11 years with Pre-Engineered Industrial Fire Suppression system, and kitchen fire suppression License. Jennifer Thomas is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience, also with many years of business administration.
